Big News to Share


My friends, big, big things are going on behind the scenes here.

I am elated about all of the new developments happening as I transition from La Pomme de Portland to…da, da-da, daaa…Carrie I can’t wait to share it all with you. Since I know that change can be tricky, I promise that I will give you fair warning before I make any major changes so you know what to expect.

That being said, I have an important announcement for all of my current and future email subscribers.

Over the next two weeks, I will be moving my email subscription service off of the clunky Feedburner service I’ve been using for years to a fresh and much more aesthetically pleasing email subscription service. You will no longer have to “click on over” to view my posts. My words and photos will simply be a part of your email message. You will still need to go out to my site for recipes and any videos I might post, but the bulk of the post will be waiting patiently for you in your inbox. You do not need to do anything. I will take care of moving my subscribers over to the new service. Cross your fingers that it all goes smoothly.

And speaking of inbox, once the dust has settled on the transition, I will be emailing out a small gift to all of my current and future subscribers to thank you for allowing me to occupy a small slice of your inbox. Our time is incredibly valuable and is not to be frittered away so I am truly grateful that you choose to let me have a tiny bit of it.
